Dolores (Cromack) Weiss passed away peacefully on Friday, May 1, 2015, at the Seasons Hospice in Phoenixville, PA, at the age of 90. Her daughters Kim Marino and Carol Kain, and son Harold Weiss were at her side. Dolores ("Do") was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, on May 22, 1924. She attended Forty-Fort High School, then took the Civil Service test and worked in the secretarial pool at the Pentagon during World War II while her husband, Robert J. Weiss, was on active duty in the Navy. Dolores was a longtime resident of King of Prussia, PA. She attended Mother of Divine Providence Church, and was an active member of the Upper Merion Senior Center. Dolores was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be remembered for her many talents, including her beautiful singing voice and piano playing. She also played guitar and harmonica with the Senior Center band, performed with their line dancing company and was a member of the sing-along group. Dolores raised seven children, while always keeping her sense of humor, and herself, her children, and her household in style. She was a wonderful cook and made great Sunday dinners, which will be cherished as a special family time. For the last year, she enjoyed living at Spring Mill Senior Living in Phoenixville. Dolores is survived by: daughter Roberta (husband Sol) Troy of Silver Spring, MD; son James (wife Maureen) Weiss of Hatfield, PA; daughter Dianne Deloren of Santa Fe, New Mexico; daughter Carol (husband Larry) Kain of Phoenixville, PA; son Harold Weiss of Bethlehem, PA; and daughter Kim Marino (partner Chris Liacouras) of West Chester, PA. Surviving grandchildren include: Corinna Fisher (husband Keith Lal); Jesse Troy; Ryan Weiss, Dan Kain; Gianna and Amanda Marino. Surviving great-grandchildren include: Ian, Giana, Lylika and Bastian Weiss, and Miles Lal. Surviving siblings include: brother Norman (wife Kay) Cromack and sister Carol (husband Gil) Silva. In addition, Dolores is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Dolores was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Weiss, and husband, Robert J. Weiss. Dolores's family will receive relatives and friends at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Saturday, June 6, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. A Funeral Mass follows immediately at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Gulph Road & Matsonford Road, West Conshohocken, PA 19428. In lieu of flowers, tax-deductible memorial contributions may be made in Dolores's memory to: (1) Season's Hospice, 2200 Renaissance Court, Ste. 110, King of Prussia, PA 19406 or (2) Upper Merion Senior Service Center, 650 S.
