Dominic A. Centonze

Dominic A. Centonze, 98, of Bensalem, PA, formerly of 8436 Jackson St. Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, April 15th, 2021 peacefully, at Manor Care Health Services Yardley, PA. Dominic was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 6, 1923, a son of the late Maria (Dericco) and Joseph Centonze. He was one of seven children He was the husband of Angelina M. (Benedetto) Centonze. He was a member of St. Ephrem Church Bensalem, PA 19020 and formerly a member of St. Dominic Church in Philadelphia. He served in the U.S. Army as a Pvt 1C in WW II. He earned the Good Conduct Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and the European African Middle Eastern Service medal W/5 Bronze Stars. He worked as a Refrigeration Mechanic at Coca Cola Bottling Company and was a member of the Coca Cola Retirement Union. Dominic is the beloved husband of Angelina M. (nee Benedetto). Loving father of Dominic, Angela VanBrunt, John, Maria Hafler (Michael), and the late Joseph. Dominic is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
