Donald V. Fagan

Donald V. Fagan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at ManorCare Health Services in King of Prussia, PA. He was 72. Mr. Fagan was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. He worked as a welder and mechanic for the former Koons Steel in Jeffersonville, PA and also the former Santangelo Hauling in Norristown, PA. Mr. Fagan was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Born in Lyon County, Kansas on May 16, 1937, he was a son of the late Vincent J. and Neomi (Gragg) Fagan. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 47 years, Carol R. Fagan; four sons, Michael J. Fagan of Council Bluffs, IA, Timothy J. Fagan and his wife, Karen of Conshohocken, PA, Donald V. Fagan of Bridgeport, PA and John J. Fagan and his wife, Amy of Jeffersonville, PA; nine grandchildren: Rebecca, Ashley, Noelle, Matthew, Cherylyn, Christina, Brenden, Jason and Nicholas; two great-granddaughters; two brothers, Robert J. Fagan and his wife, Carol of Abilene, KS and Larry Fagan and his wife, Penny of Salina, KS; four sisters, Kathleen Wieland and her husband, Steven of Edmond, OK, Mary Lou Wagner and her husband, Samuel of Emporia, KS, Patricia Ingram and her husband, Clinton of Salina, KS and Connie Pocaro and her husband, Reb of Salina, KS; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by a son, Steven R. Fagan.Relatives & friends are invited to his Prayer Service from The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Route 202), Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 2:00pm. Friends may call Tuesday afternoon from 1 to 1:50pm, at the funeral home.
