Doris Rother Clark

Doris Rother Clark, age 96, of DuBois, PA passed away after a lengthy Illness on Sunday, March 9, 2014   at Meadowood Senior Living in Worcester, PA.  She was born on February 10, 1918 in Manchester, CT, to the late William and Amanda Rother.  Her husband of 61 years, Frederick Garfield Clark, passed away in 2011.  Doris enjoyed golfing, cooking and traveling to the Outer Banks for annual family vacations. Doris is survived by 3 children, Wendy C. Gannon (Robert), Jeffrey G. Clark (Cheryl) and Timothy W. Clark (Debi); 8 grandchildren, Jennifer, Susan,  David, Timothy, Shannon, Sarah, Meaghan and Erin; 6 great grandchildren, Skyler, Madison, Jack, Macy, Coley and Henry. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service 11 am Friday, March 14th at St. James, Perkiomen Episcopal Church, 3768 Germantown Pike, Collegeville, Pa.  Family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11 am at the church.  Interment will be private in DuBois, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Macular Degeneration Foundation, PO Box 531313, Henderson, Nevada 89053 or Alzheimer’s Association, 237 Court St., Reading, Pa 19610.
