Doris N. (Porter) Differ

Doris Naomi (Porter) Differ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Hearthstone @ Amity Assisted Living in Douglassville, PA. She was 95. Mrs. Differ was a resident of King of Prussia PA. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. Born in Bridgeport, PA on December 14, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Stanley W. and May C. (Brill) Porter. She was the wife of the late Anthony L. Differ, Sr., who died in 2000. Surviving is her loving family including 2 sons, Anthony L. Differ, Jr. and his wife, Dorothy of King of Prussia, PA and Peter S. Differ and his wife, Zulma of Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Mary Beth Shervais and her husband, Rick of Douglassville, PA; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grand-children; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robert and William Porter. Relatives & friends are invited to Doris' Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St. Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 10:00am. Her viewing will be Friday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church.
