Dorothy L. Budzitowski

Dorothy L. Budzitowski   Dorothy L. Budzitowski, 91, formerly of the Mayfair section in Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Monday, August 25th, 2014 peacefully, at Neshaminy Manor. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 5, 1923, a daughter of the late Stella (Domzalicka) and Makary Markowski. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward W. Budzitowski. She worked as a Secretary for the IRS in Philadelphia for over 20 years before retiring. After retirement she enjoyed swimming and other activities at the NE Racquet Club. Mostly she enjoyed spending time with her family.  Dorothy was a former member of St Leo the Great Church in Philadelphia, PA. Dorothy is the loving mother of Edward Barry (Joanna), Nancy Gray (Ron) and Dennis Budzitowski (Barbara). Dear sister of Theresa Still, devoted Grandmother of Lauren DiNapoli Pogue (Matthew Pogue), Joseph DiNapoli (engaged to Kendra Acri), Devon Budzitowski; Midshipman First Class and David Budzitowski, and Great Grandmother of Natalie Pogue. Family will receive relatives and friends Saturday August 30, 2014 from 9:30-10:25 AM.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at St Leo the Great Church, 6658 Keystone St., Philadelphia, PA 19135 followed by a luncheon.  Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Neshaminy Manor Activities Fund, 1660 Easton Rd. Warrington, PA 18976. Services entrusted to Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home. Family will receive relatives and friends Saturday August 30, 2014 from 9:30 - 10:25 AM    and   A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at St. Leo the Great Church, 6658 Keystone St. Philadelphia, PA 19135. Interment will be held privately.
