Dorothy Margaret Fisher

Dorothy (Lang) Fisher residing at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation in Royersford, PA, formerly of Beaver, PA and Daugherty Twp, died Friday, January 20, 2017 following a brief illness. Born May 25, 1920 in Daugherty Twp. to the late Herbert and Gertrude Majors. She was a resident of Beaver for 43 years and a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She had been employed by Westinghouse Vanport, PA . For the past 13 years she resided in Montgomery County. She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband Darby Fisher in 1988. Her first husband William Lang passed away in 1951. Dorothy is survived by her 2 daughters Janice Mitchell and Mary Ann McGarvey; and 2 sons John Lang and Tom Lang; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10:15 - 10:45 am Wednesday, January 25, 2017 followed by a mass of Christian burial 11:00 am at Visitation BVM Catholic Church, Norristown, PA. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills, Daugherty Township.
