Dorothy M. Gephart

Dorothy M. Gephart, 87, of Tacony in Phila., PA., passed away at 1209 PM, Wednesday, June 9th, 2010 peacefully at Vitas Aria Health - Frankford Campus.  Mrs. Gephart was born in Phila., PA on July 5, 1922, the daughter of the late Harry and Mary (Pierce) Reeves. She worked as a Sales Clerk at Woolworth's for 10 years   She was a long time member and very dedicated to the William D. Oxley Unit 133 A.L. Auxiliary.  She had volunteered over 5,000 hours at the Philadelphia VA Hospital.    She was the widow of Walter H. Gephart and Paul E.  Rendall. Paul died 3/8/1964 and Walter died 1/20/1982   Loving mother of Dorothy Huber and Gloria Huber (Jack).  Devoted Grandmother of Dorothy M. Romanelli, Deborah Jewell, Michelle Striewski, John Huber Jr. and Michael Huber. Great Grandmother of four.   Her Graveside service will take place at Beverly National Cemetery Wednesday June 16, 2010 at 9 AM.  Interment at Beverly National Cemetery Beverly, NJ.
