Dorothy G. (Giger) Spencer passed away on Friday, February 27, 2009 at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, PA. She was 88. Mrs. Spencer, a homemaker, was a resident of Philadelphia, PA. She was born in Philadelphia on May 6, 1920.
