Witlin Dorothy Witlin on the 7th day of February 2012, at age 100 peacefully at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Mrs. Witlin was born in Phila., PA on September 1, 1911, the daughter of the late Edward and Anne (Kershner) Charney.
