Douglas William Bjerring

In Loving Memory of Douglas William Bjerring born February 25 1957 Deceased September 7 2013 Twenty Third Psalm The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me, thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.   Doug lived a happy and full life and he loved to laugh and make people happy. He had an uncanny understanding of people. Perhaps knowing his time on earth with us would be short he cherished life and family, and friends was a loving father and husband and loved his children deeply and proudly. Mr. Bjerring was born in Phila, PA on February 25, 1957, the son of the late Gustav and Alice Haven (Hitt) Bjerring. He worked as a Carpet & Tile Installer for private companies and was also self employed for many years.  Music was Doug’s love and he was an excellent guitar player and had a great voice. He was the husband of Susan C. (Przeworski) Bjerring. They were married in 1981 and have been married for 32 years. He is survived by 2 daughters Aimee Lynn and Amanda Jo, 2 sons Douglas Shaw and Timothy Russell, son in law Jeff DiPinto, five grandchildren Alexis Jocelyn, Gianna, Ryan and Joey. Also sister Linda Little Koch, niece Stephanie, nephew Jonathan,  brothers Lawrence Hueber, sister in law Lisa, niece Chrissy (Matt), Sean and Jules, brother Scott Hensley, brother Kenneth Haven.  We will Miss you Doug; Love Your Family Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing Thursday September 12, 2013 from 10-11 AM   at the Walter J.
