Edna P. Ross

Edna P. "Toots" (Smith) Ross passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at ManorCare Health Services in King of Prussia, PA. She was 82. Mrs. Ross, a homemaker, was a resident of Jeffersonville, PA and was previously of Trooper, PA. Born in Norristown, PA on October 9, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Francis E. and Pearl E. (Loughery) Smith. She was the wife of the late Anthony J. "Nonnie" Ross, who died in 2007. Surviving are her loving family including a son, Gary A. Ross and his wife, Barbara of Bridgeport, PA; two grandsons, Gary A. Ross Jr. and James Ross; two great-grandchildren, Sydney Ross & Mackenzie Ross; a sister, Mary A. Boyce of California; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Francis E. Smith, Jr. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rosemary T. Ross Trust Fund, 11 Leatherwood Dr., Collegeville, PA 19426.
