Edward was born in Phila., PA on July 14, 1939, a son of the late Margaret Mary (Massaro) and Edward Joseph Dugan. Loving husband of Katherine (Serviolo) Dugan. He is survived by his son Edward T., Jr. He worked as an Operating Engineer Services and interment are private.
