Eleanor M. (Kochart) Surmiak passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, PA. She was 79. Mrs. Surmiak was a resident of Collegeville, PA. She was a self-employed hairdresser. Born in Ephrata, PA on February 23, 1931, she was a daughter of Calvin and Alice (Mentzer) Kochart. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
