Elisa Teresa Ganz

Elisa Teresa Ganz, 80, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 8th, 2024, at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. Born in Los Angeles, CA, on May 19, 1943, Elisa was the beloved daughter of the late Nellie Reyes.

She dedicated her life to serving others as a school custodian, leaving a lasting impact on the educational community.

Elisa is survived by her devoted son, Omar, and his wife, Maritess.

She found joy in simple pleasures: reading, playing games on her phone, and watching movies. Her culinary skills were unmatched, and she delighted in preparing meals for her loved ones. Elisa cherished family gatherings, creating cherished memories with her children and grandchildren.

Her legacy lives on through the love she shared and the lives she touched. Elisa Teresa Ganz will be remembered as a loving mother, a caring mother-in-law, and a doting grandmother. She had a special way of making everyone feel valued and appreciated. Whether it was her warm smile, her comforting presence, or her delicious home-cooked meals, Elisa had a magical ability to brighten any room she entered.

As the seasons change and the leaves fall, we will remember Elisa’s unwavering love and the lessons she taught us about kindness, resilience, and family bonds. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the warmth of our memories.

Relatives and friends are invited to Elisa’s graveside service on Saturday, March 16, 2024, starting at 10 am at Magnolia Cemetery, 6950 Tulip Street, Philadelphia, PA.
