Elizabeth "Betty" J. Ross

Elizabeth “Betty” J. (nee Logue) Ross passed away on July 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Born in Chester, PA on November 2, 1937, she was a daughter of the late James E. and Anna (nee Bessinger) Logue. Betty was a lifetime resident of Wallingford, PA and more recently resided in Havertown, PA. She was the beloved wife of Salvatore “Sam” F. Ross and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Betty enjoyed dancing, 50s music, and particularly loved vacationing with her family in Ocean City, NJ.

Betty is survived by her loving family including her husband of 67 years; 4 children, Deborah Ross, Susan Ross (Mike Leary), Michael Ross (Carol), and Donna Sutcliffe (Steve); 5 grandchildren, Brian Ross (Chelsea), Shelly Ross (Sam Goines), Ryan Sutcliffe, Brendan Sutcliffe, and Sean Sutcliffe; 2 great grandsons, Declan Ross and Beckham Ross.

She is preceded in death by her son, James E. Ross and her sister, Joanne Logue.

Services and interment will be private for the family.
