Elizabeth L. (Franchetti) Dallas

Elizabeth L. (Franchetti) Dallas passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Regina Nursing Center in Norristown, PA. She was 99 years old and formerly of King of Prussia, PA. Mrs. Dallas along with her late husband, Robert L. Sr., owned and operated the former Sting Restaurant in King of Prussia, PA, until retiring in the 1980's. Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 21, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Marie (Matteo) Franchetti. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Dallas Sr., who died in 1984. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Robert L. Dallas Jr. and his wife, Marion of West Chester, PA; nine grandchildren: Robert L. III, Traci, Patricia, Karen, John, Lee Ann, Lynn, Ashley and Philip; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Bernard L. Dallas and two brothers, Anthony and Theodore Franchetti. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 10:00am. Her viewing will be Thursday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church.
