Elizabeth J. Feliciani

Elizabeth J. (Borromeo) Feliciani passed away peacefully on Monday, January 11, 2016 at her daughter’s residence in Lincoln University, PA. She was 91. Mrs. Feliciani was a previous resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as a hairdresser and was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. Elizabeth was a ‘Rosie the Riveter’, who helped build airplanes during WW II. She enjoyed casino trips and bingo and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Born in Strafford, PA on May 10, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Giuseppa Borromeo. She was the wife of the late Joseph Feliciani, Sr., who died in 2005. Surviving is her loving family including a son, Joseph Feliciani, Jr. and his wife, Lois, of Newtown, PA; a daughter, Mary Jo Atkisson and her husband, Gordon, of Lincoln University, PA; five grandchildren: Amanda, Gina, Gordon, Laura and Lizzy; three great-grandchildren: Garrett, Reece and Eloise; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and Louis Borromeo; and a sister, Anna Marie Messantonio. Relatives & friends are invited to Elizabeth’s Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson St., Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 11:00 am. Her viewing is Saturday from 9 to 10:50 am, at the church. Entombment will be in the St. Augustine Cemetery Mausoleum, King of Prussia, PA.
