Elizabeth J. "Betty" Kern

Elizabeth J. “Betty” Kern, age 91, of Abington, PA passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017. She recently resided at Edgehill Nursing Home. Spirited sister of Bud Kern and Molly Sabia. Supportive and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Betty was a proud graduate of Little Flower High School. She was employed by Hillside Cemetery for 40+ years. She was an avid collector and reader of newspapers. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, March 18, 2017 from 9:30-10:20 am at St. John of the Cross Church 2741 Woodland Rd. Roslyn, PA 19001 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Joseph J. McGoldrick Funeral Home, Jenkintown, PA.
