Elizabeth  M. Newman Mrs. Elizabeth  M. Newman, 81, of Galloway, NJ passed away Sunday, February 24th, 2013 peacefully. Mrs. Newman was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 17, 1931, the daughter of the late John I. and Mary W. (Fullmer) Hartzell. Betty was a former member of St. Leo the Great Church in Tacony in Philadelphia, PA. She loved her family very much and is survived by her 3 children, Kathleen Flannery (Dennis), Debra Carman (Bill) and her son John. She had 4 grandchildren: Bridget Clark (Ken), Dennis Flannery (Kerri), Kevin Flannery and Alexandrea Carman.  She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren Gavin & Grace Clark and Colin Flannery.  Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing Thursday February 28, 2013 from 10 to 10:50 AM    at St. Leo the Great Upper Church. 6658 Keystone St. Phila., PA 19135.   A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM.   Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery will be private.
