Elizabeth Ann Phander

Elizabeth Ann Phander, 51 passed away on November 18, 2022. Beth was raised and resided in Norristown, PA. She was the daughter of George and Jackie (nee Blair) Phander. She is also survived by her siblings: Jennifer Rosenberg (Eric), Mark Phander (Stacy) and Rob Heim (Debbie); niece and nephews: Zach, Brooke, Gavin, Jack, Henry and Tate; as well as many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends who were more like family than friends. They were all there for her last moments.

Beth was a 1991 graduate of the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, where she thrilled and delighted all who came in contact with her. Beth was employed by the DEC workshop in Center Point for many years. While there, she made many friends and was a fan favorite with the staff.

Beth enjoyed visiting with family and friends, whether at holidays, parties or just an afternoon visit. You knew you were loved when she invited you to sit next to her and play with her letters and blocks. She demanded the attention of all in the room and it was given generously. Beth loved listening to her music, especially Ann Murray, and watching game shows. Bob Barker would forever be her favorite host.

Beth was predeceased by grandparents, John and Margaret (nee Rambo) Blair and George and Selma (nee Cassel) Phander and her Great Uncle, George Rambo. She is surely dancing in Heaven with all of those she loved in her lifetime.

Funeral services are being handled by Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, Trooper, PA. A viewing will be held at Visitation B.V.M Church on Saturday, November 26 from 9:45am-10:45am, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 11am. Interment will be at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA. If desired, charitable contributions can be made to DEC at 333 E. Airy St., Norristown, PA 19401.
