Betty

Elizabeth “Betty” (nee Thomas) Serratore, 94 of Willow Grove, passed peacefully at home while in the company of family on December 18, 2021. Betty was born in Jenkintown, PA and was the daughter of the late Luigi and Elizabeth Thomas. She worked for Bell Telephone and Willow Grove Answering Service as a telephone operator for 33 years. She enjoyed writing poetry and completing word search puzzles. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony F. for 32 years before he passed away in 1983. She is survived by her three loving sons Anthony F. (Myong Suk), Louis T. and Joseph N. (Bernadette). She was predeceased by her siblings Dominic Thomas, Nicholas Thomas, John Thomas, Anthony Thomas, Joseph Thomas, Rose Thomas, and Mary Theresa Thomas. Relatives and friend are invited to her viewing from 9:45-10:15AM and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, both on December 23, 2021 at St. David Church at 316 N. Easton Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090.
