Ella Shay Yocum, beloved daughter of Jennifer Ann Yocum and Riley Elizabeth Smith, was born on August 20, 2026, and passed away peacefully on August 26, 2026, in her mother’s arms, surrounded by family and love.

Although Ella Shay's time with us was brief, she touched the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. She will forever remain a cherished daughter and a precious part of her family.

Ella Shay will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Jennifer Ann Yocum and Riley Elizabeth Smith; her beloved grandparents: Dayi -Cookie Yocum, grandmother Sheila Hetherington-Smith and grandfather Kevin Smith; aunts and uncles: Bill and Rachel Yocum, Chrissy and Mark Waas, Shannon Smith and Izzy Graziano; Cousins: Maya, Mason, Harper, Rainn, Summer, Sarah and Eddie and many other loving family members and friends.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Though her life was short, the love she brought into the world will last a lifetime.

Family and friends are welcome to Ella Shay’s visitation on September 3rd, 2026, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, followed by her memorial service starting at 1:00 PM, both held at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home, located at 1770 Brown Avenue, Bensalem, PA.
