Elmer W. Katzmar

Katzmar Elmer W. age 88 of Philadelphia served in the U.S, Army in WWII.  He worked for Louderback Van Lines for 45 years and was the proprietor of El’s Tavern. Elmer is the Beloved Husband of Marilyn A. (nee Haggett), loving Father of William Katzmar (Patricia), William News (Linda), Karen Vitable (William), and Jeffrey News. Devoted grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday March 5, 2015 from 9:00 -9:50 AM and a religious service will be at 10:00AM at Wesley Enhanced Living 8401 Roosevelt Blvd. Philadelphia, PA 19152.  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Wesley Enhanced Living Benevolent Fund.  Services entrusted to Walter J.
