Ernest M. Ruzicka

Ernest M. Ruzicka passed away peacefully on Monday, March 1, 2010, surrounded by his loving family at Bryn Mawr Hospital. He was 89. Mr. Ruzicka was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. He worked as a carpenter for the former Moreland Corp. in Willow Grove, PA. Ernest was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia. He was also a member and past governor of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Jenkintown, PA.Born in Philadelphia, PA on June 12, 1920, he was a son of the late Ernest M. and Mary V. (Vogl) Ruzicka. He was the husband of the late Nellie M. (McMinn) Ruzicka, who died in 1998. Surviving are his loving family including a son, James F. McMinn and his wife, Masako of Unityville, PA; a daughter, Mary Ann Wilson and her husband, Terry of King of Prussia, PA; 2 grandchildren: Ann and Ernest; 3 great-grand-children: Jerrica, Lester and BreAnna; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Carl and Steve; and a sister, Anna Hax.Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 10:30am. His viewing is Thursday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the church. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ernest's memory to Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406.
