Esther S. Parry Esther S. Parry, 94, of Philadelphia, PA, passed peacefully on Tuesday, March 6, 2017. Esther was born in Cramer Hill, NJ on August 30, 1922, a daughter of the late Mildred Thatcher and Grover Cleveland Groh. Esther worked for the IRS for 25 years before retiring in 1989. She was the beloved wife of the late George J. Parry. Loving mother of George J. Parry Jr. and Steven Parry, and Richard Orner, Joseph Orner and the late Stanley Orner. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 10-11 AM and also her service at 11 AM, both at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6645 Torresdale Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19135 on Monday March 13, 2017. Her Interment will be at Magnolia Cemetery.
