Eugenia S. Lombard

Eugenia “Jeanne” Smith Lombard Eugenia “Jeanne” Smith Lombard (nee Talbot) passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 6, 2016. Born on March 4, 1936 she attended Abington Dixon School of Nursing and practiced nursing until she married Robert W. Smith, MD. Together, they had two daughters- Kathleen Smith Leahey (Dr. Alan B.) and Stephanie Smith Coffin (Dean F.). After fifty years of marriage and the passing of her husband, Jeanne married John J. (Jack) Lombard, Jr. and enjoyed traveling, sharing the love of art, spending time in Ocean City and supporting Cranaleith Spiritual Center. Her primary focus was always family whom she adored. She surrounded herself with wonderful friends and brought light into every room she entered. She is survived by her husband, Jack, her sister Sr. Virginia Talbot, SSJ, her loving daughters and sons and fifteen grandchildren who adored her. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday June 11, 2016 from 9-10:45am at Immaculate Conception Church 602 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA 19046, followed by her funeral mass at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Jeanne’s name may be made to Cranaleith Spiritual Center Proctor Rd. Phila. PA.
