Eva Ruth Davis

Eva Ruth Davis, Age 97, of Audubon passed away on Monday July 21st surrounded by her family. She was born in E. Norriton to the late William Dewitt and Etta E. Lynch. She was also preceded in death by her husband Howard E. Davis. Eva owned and operated Bud’s Bar in Audubon from 1947 to 1997. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church in Mont Clare. She enjoyed family and vacationing at the shore.   She is survived by 4 Daughters, Ruth Ann Burns (Robert) of Valley Forge Manor, Marilou Kasopsky of Audubon, Jeanette Wagner of Audubon and Faye Giacobbe (Paul) of Collegeville, 2 Sisters Wiletta Brownback and Nancy Martin; 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren.   Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 6-8 pm Thursday July 24, 2014 at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home located at 101 N. Park Ave. Norristown (RT 363 Trooper) PA. Interment will be private.   In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Eva’s name to Otterbein U.M.C 181 Walnut St. Mont Clare, PA 19453   Arrangements entrusted to Szpindor-Meyers FH.
