F. Nancy Mortensen Obituary (December. 18, 1923 – April. 7th, 2021) F. Nancy Mortensen passed away on Wednesday April 07, 2021 at Einstein Montgomery Hospital at the age of 97. Nancy was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and a member of Port Kennedy Presbyterian Church in King of Prussia. Previously, member of the Overbrook Presbyterian Church in Overbrook, PA. During WWII worked at the USO. She volunteered at the Valley Forge(VA)Hospital. She worked for John Wanamaker’s for 28 years and retired there at 55. She and John would go on to travel the entire U.S.A., Europe, Mediterranean and Northern Africa, in addition to many cruises. She was a member of SAAC, DAR (regent)of her chapter, and member of the Red Hats Society. She loved to paint and many times donated her painting for charity. One of her passions was spending time with her family, researching family genealogy and her victory garden. Born in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, PA on December 18, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Franklin Dreibelbis and Helen Emma (Moyer) Dreibelbis. Nancy is survived by her daughter Suzanne Duncan; two grandchildren Nancy (Edward) Greener and David (Melissa) Walter; three Great-Grandchildren Jaclyn Dye, London and Wyatt Walter; She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 51 years, John Mortensen. She also leaves behind many friends and family who held her dear in their hearts. Services will be held at 11:30 am on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Port Kennedy Presbyterian Church, 1084 Old Forge Lane, King of Prussia, Pa 19406.
