Frances M. Carroll

Frances M. (Franny) Carroll, 83, of Tacony in Philadelphia, PA, passed away Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 peacefully.

Frances was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 27, 1941, a daughter of the late Frances (Curran) and Charles McDonough.

Franny was the widow of Thomas Carroll who preceded her in 2002.

She was a member of St. Leo’s and then Our Lady of Consolation Church in Philadelphia, PA 19135. Franny was a graduate of Little Flower High School, class of 1959.

Franny is survived by her sister, Mary Ellen Ingram and she is the Loving mother of Frannie Carroll Cuningham of Philadelphia, John, Marty and the late Thomas who passed in 2010. Devoted Grandmother of Victoria (Ricardo) Santiago, Jair Xavier, Tiago, and Willow. Also survived by Tiffany Santiago, Lexi Carroll, Julianna, Maria, Gianna, Sal, Seamus (Maison) Cunningham, Jordan and Mia Monroe.

Frances is survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and Friends are invited to visit with family from 9:30 to 10:20 AM on Friday, May 10th, 2024 at Our Lady of Consolation Church 7056 Tulip St. in Philadelphia, PA. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM.

Her Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
