Frances D. (Stout) deLisle passed away peacefully on Sunday August 1, 2010 at Regina Nursing Center in Norristown, PA. She was 89. Frances was a resident of Norristown, PA and was a teacher for private schools.Born in Orion, Ill on June 21, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Jackson Lee and Ellen (Johnson) Stout. Funeral arrangements and interment are private at the request of the family.
