Frances E. Rutter

Frances E. Rutter, 99, of Collegeville, PA, formerly of Eagleville, PA, passed away Wednesday, September 25th, 2019 peacefully, at Columbia Cottage. Frances was born in Conshohocken, PA on June 27, 1920, a daughter of the late Margaret (Ruser) and Jeremiah Freas. She was the widow of Norman Rutter. They were married for 74 Years, until his passing in 2016. She was a lifetime member of Visitation BVM Church in Trooper PA. Frances is survived by 3 children, Carol Diamond, Kenneth (Carmel) and Thomas (Margery); 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday October 2, 2019 from 9-9:45 AM and to her Funeral Mass at 10 AM both at Visitation BVM Church 196 North Trooper Rd. Trooper, PA 19403. Her interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park. Contributions in her memory may be made to Visitation BVM Church.
