Frances D. (Tavani) Storti

Frances D. (Tavani) Storti passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her residence in Wayne, PA. She was 88. Mrs. Storti, a homemaker, was a former resident of Bridgeport, PA. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. She attended the former Bridgeport High School. Frances was very supportive of her late husband. She was an excellent cook who loved gardening, crocheting, playing cards and doing crossword puzzles. Born in Bridgeport, PA on November 5, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Alma (Cozzi) Tavani. She was the wife of the late Carmen F. Storti, who died in 1993. Surviving is a sister, Elvina Trave and her husband, Benjamin of Plymouth Meeting, PA, and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Philip E. Tavani. Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 10:00am. Her viewing will be Tuesday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church. Interment in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405.
