Carafa Francesco, 90 of Philadelphia peacefully on December 28, 2017. Preceded by his wife Antonietta Carafa. Survived by his children, Luigi (Patrizia), Gabriele (Jody) and Giovanna Cornely (Tom); 6 grandchildren, Maria Pfeiffer (Daniel), Amanda Russo (Devin), Michael and Chase Carafa, Jack and Sean Cornely; 2 great grandchildren, Elise and Owen Pfeiffer. Dad was a quiet man who enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden, making and enjoying his homemade wine, dancing and spending time with his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 3401 Civic Center Blvd., Phila. PA 19104, in Francesco’s name.
