Frank J. Garrafa

Frank J. Garrafa Mr. Frank J. Garrafa, 88, of Tacony passed away  Friday, August 28th, 2009 while in the company of family members  at his residence.  Frank was born in Phila., PA on May 23, 1921, the son of the late Dominic and Anna (Pagano) Garrafa.  He was a lifetime member of St. Leo Church Phila., PA. and Scout Master of St. Leo BSA Troop 419 for 20 Years. He was an Alumnae of Northeast Catholic High School class of 1940.   Beloved husband of the late Margaret  (nee Samanic) .  Loving father of Barbara Creighton (Raymond) and the Late John.  Dear Grandfather of Deserie Scarberry (Jason) and Sean Farrington. Also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.  Dear Brother of the late John, Theresa Bullard and George.  Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing Wednesday 11AM - 12 noon  at  St. Leo Church 6658 Keystone St. Phila., PA 19135 where his  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 Noon.  Interment at St. Dominic Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers Donations in his memory to Northeast Catholic Alumnae Ass.
