Frank James Biggins

Mr. Frank James Biggins, Jr., 52, of Tacony in Phila. , Suddenly on Thursday, February 24th, 2011.  Frank was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 30, 1958, the son of the late Dorothy Elizabeth (Hill) and Frank James Biggins. He had worked for the School District of Philadelphia.  Beloved husband of Kellyann (nee Hartman).  Loving step Father of Anthony Caputo Jr. (Jessica), Grandfather of Giavanna and Dominic.  Brother of Dorothy Burski (John), Alberta Scheerer, Mary Scheerer and John Biggins.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Relatives and Friends are invited to his viewing on Monday February 28 from 6-8 PM    at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6643-45 Torresdale Ave. Phila., PA 19135.
