Frank C. Tomczuk passed away suddenly on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. He was 83. Mr. Tomczuk was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. He was a sheet metal worker for Local 19 Sheet Metals Union in Philadelphia, PA. Frank was a graduate of the former Bridgeport High School, Class of 1948. He was a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Church in Bridgeport, PA and the VFW Post 7878 in King of Prussia.Mr. Tomczuk was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving from 1951 to 1953.Born in Bridgeport, PA on December 19, 1929, he was a son of the late Karl and Mary (Matus) Tomczuk. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 61 years, Florence A. "Floss" (Kuhna) Tomczuk; three sisters: Frances Jordan of Perkiomenville, PA, Sophia "Babe" Foley of Ardmore, PA and Catherine Dudek of Downingtown, PA; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by two sons, Francis C. "Frank" Tomczuk and Carl T. Tomczuk; a brother, Joseph Tomczuk; and five sisters: Cecilia McGuigan, Helen Pavlick, Mary Acker, Stella Tomczuk and Dorothy Pichule. Relatives & friends are invited to Frank's Funeral Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 421 Coates St. Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 10:30 am. His viewing will be on Saturday morning from 9 to 10:20 am, at the church. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frank's memory to the American Heart Association, P.O.
