Fred Ferrier

Ferrier Fred, January 8, 2013 at age 85  of Eagleville, PA  Born on September 4, 1927 in Spring Mill, PA to Frederick and Margaret ‘Horn’ Ferrier.  Fred is the loving husband of Rose ‘Siegfried’ Ferrier.  Loving father of Sharon Carpenter and the late Robert (survived by his wife Teresa).  Devoted Grandfather of Robert Jr. and his wife Xiaowen.  Dear Brother of Margaret Woolly of Texas, Joseph Ferrier of Ohio, Audrey Burke of Delaware and the late Ronald Ferrier.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Fred worked as a sheet metal worker for Hale Pump for 34 years.  He was in the Navy aboard the USS Gilmore.  Fred was an avid sports fan, reader and bowler.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday January 11, 2013 from 7-8:30 PM and his religious service at 8:30 PM at the Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, P.C.  101 N Park Ave. (Rte. 363) Trooper, PA 19403.  Condolences: www.meyersfh.com Viewing Friday January 11, 2013 from 7-8:30 PM and religious service at 8:30 PM at the Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home
