Frederick J. Scioli

Frederick J. "Freddie" Scioli passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 15, 2013, surrounded by his loving family at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 80. Mr. Scioli worked as a self-employed truck driver. He was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Freddie was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.Born in Philadelphia, PA on May 11, 1933, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Margaret (Pancrazio) Scioli. He is survived by his loving family including his wife of 20 years, Rita E. (McNamara) Scioli; a daughter, Karen M. Hood and her husband, Paul, of Sharon Hill, PA; a son, Edward J. Scioli and his wife, Gina, of Mt. Laurel, NJ; two step-daughters, Kathleen W. Busch and her husband, Paul, of Wilmington, DE and Debbie Sellman and her husband, Bob, of King of Prussia, PA; six grandchildren: Candace, Matthew, Nicholas, Francesca, Amie and Jonathan; and two great-grandchildren, Kayleigh and Tyler. Freddie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday morning from 9 to 9:50 am, at the church.
