George W. Tobias

George W. Tobias passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. He was 82. Mr. Tobias was a resident of Norristown, PA. He worked as an organist and choir director for local churches. George was a member of the Association of Anglican Musicians (AAM) and the American Guild of Organists (AGO).George was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Born in West Reading, PA on December 20, 1930, he was a son of Harry W. and Carrie E. (Hohl) Tobias. Surviving is his brother, Harry P. Tobias and his wife, LaVerne, of Salem, WI.Relatives and friends are invited to George's Memorial Service at All Saints Church, 1325 Montgomery Ave., Wynnewood, PA 19096 on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in the Church's cemetery.
