Gerald Anthony Degrazio

Gerald (Jerry) Anthony DeGrazio age 93 of Jeffersonville, Pa passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday surrounded by his loving family on January 10, 2021. Born in Norristown to the late Pasquale and Adelina DeGrazio. He is also preceded in death by a daughter, Adele; 8 siblings, Michael, Carmela, Rose, Isabelle, Annunzio, Anthony, Salvatore and Margaret. Gerald was a veteran of the US Navy, he worked as a machinist for Budd Poly Chem Company in Bridgeport and Phoenixville, Pa. where he served as Union President. Upon retirement Jerry worked part-time for the Pathway School for 18 years where he transported Students to various locations. He so loved this job since he had the opportunity to communicate with young students and they so loved him. Gerald is survived by his wife, Antoinette; 2 sons, Joseph G. (Catherine) and Gerald A. (Frances); 4 grandchildren, Joseph, Stephen, Dominick and Brianna; 2 great grandchildren, Liam and Brielle. Jerry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and attending the activities of his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren throughout the years. He was an avid “31” Card Game player and enjoyed playing with his card club members. Jerry loved the Philadelphia String Bands, Country Western Music and the Italian Music sung by Jimmy Rosselli. He would put the music on each Sunday after attending Mass and strut and sing around the house all day. Jerry loved spending time with the love of life “DOO” who he was married to for 65 year’s. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2021 followed by a funeral mass 10 a.m. at Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Road, Eagleville, Pa. Entombment will follow in St. Matthew Cemetery, Conshohocken, Pa.
