Gerald W. 'Jerry' Mowrer

Gerald W. "Jerry" Mowrer passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown, PA. He was 60. Mr. Mowrer was a resident of West Conshohocken, PA. He worked as a self-employed master carpenter. Jerry was a life time member of the George Clay Fire Co. in W. Conshohocken, PA. He was an avid motorcycle rider who also enjoyed camping and fishing. Mr. Mowrer was a US Marine Corps veteran.Born in Bridgeport, PA on March 9, 1950, he was a son of the late Charles and Eleanor (Ward) Mowrer. Surviving is his loving family including his wife, Rosemary (McAnnally) Mowrer; a son, Jason R. Mowrer of W. Conshohocken, PA; a daughter, Katelin R. Mowrer of Skippack, PA; a sister, Linda Wolfe of King Manor, PA; and many nephews and nieces. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 10:30AM. Friends may call Tuesday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the funeral home.
