Gerald Ray Phillips (Boot), Age 68 - New Castle, De

Born April 2, 1956. He passed away peacefully from his battle with cancer on December 8, 2024. He was born Gerald, but most knew him as "Boot." He is survived by his wife, Mickey, mother, Bessie Phillips, brother, Gary Call, and sisters, Sandy Campbell & Cathy Shives. Although he had no children, he shared a fatherly bond with Alyssa. He will be missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends. Until we meet again, RIP.
