Gilberte M. (Souque) Whitmarsh passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at her residence in Devon, PA. She was 99. Gilberte was an ambulance driver in the French Army. Born in Mount Pellier, France on April 5, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Henri DeCorde and Honerine Souque. She is survived by a daughter, Marvel J. Whitmarsh. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
