Grace Mary Gross

Grace Mary (DiGuiseppe) Gross, age 61 of West Norriton PA, formerly of Royersford, PA died unexpectedly Friday, September 29, 2017, in Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. Born on September 2, 1956 in Phoenixville, PA, she was a daughter of Mary (Gombarick) DiGuiseppe, of Royersford, PA and the late Gabriel S. DiGuiseppe. She was a 1975 graduate of the St. Pius X High School, Pottstown, PA. Grace was a 1978 graduate of Sacred Heart School of Nursing (Norristown Pa) which is where she happily worked for over 15 years until they sadly closed their doors. She continued to spend her life caring for others as a nurse and caring for her family as an amazing mother. She absolutely lived for her five beautiful children and worked tirelessly to provide the best life possible for them. She was a devout Catholic and was very close to our Lord, trusting in Him every day of her life. She enjoyed spending time outdoors in nature, watching for birds, flea marketing and collecting treasures. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and especially hosting Easter for many years with all her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Grace is survived by her three sons Kenneth R Gross III, Joseph G. Gross, Michael J. Gross; her daughter Gina (Michael) Grosse; her granddaughter Ava June Grosse; and her husband, Kenneth R. Gross, Jr. Grace was predeceased by her beloved daughter Julianne M. Gross last year. Grace is also survived by her six siblings, Maria (Jonathan) Bitting, Faith (Timothy) Good, Michael (Kimberly) DiGuiseppe, Andrew DiGuiseppe, Anthony DiGuiseppe, and Mary DiGuiseppe; twelve nieces and nephews; and five great nieces and nephews. Grace was pre-deceased by siblings, Gabriel DiGuiseppe, Angeline DiGuiseppe, and Diane M. (DiGuiseppe) Kotch. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Grace’s visitation on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 9-9:50 am and her funeral mass at 10:00 am, both at Visitation BVM Church 196 N. Trooper Rd. Norristown, PA 19403. All are invited to meet at Sacred Heart Cemetery on Fillmore St. in Phoenixville, PA for her interment at 12:00 pm (immediately following mass). There will be no procession to the cemetery. It is located directly next to Holy Trinity Cemetery 1258 Fillmore St. Phoenixville, PA 19460. Arrangements entrusted to Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home.
