Gregory D. Pierce

Gregory D. Pierce passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at Reading Hospital, West Reading, PA. He was 63. Gregory served in the U.S. Marines. He worked as a Highway Foreman with Penndot for many years. Gregory was a former Assistant Chief and life time member at Bridgeport Fire Company in Bridgeport, PA. He was also an avid Karaoke goer and if you asked him at the bar, everyday was his birthday.

Born on May 31, 1960, in Ventura CA. He was a son of the late Francis D. and Luella Beth (Casagranda) Pierce.

Surviving is Greg’s loving wife, BettyAnn (Corliss) Pierce, they celebrated 35 years of marriage and were together for 42 years; a daughter, Kasey (Aaron) Scholl; a son, Dustin (Sarah) Pierce; a grandchild, Lilly Ann Pierce; Brothers: Donald L. Pierce, Joseph C. Pierce and William E. Pierce; sisters: Paula L. (Kevin) Lloyd and Karen L. Iacovitti; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a brother, Glenn E. Pierce.

Memorial services are to be determined at this time.
