Harold L. Bird

Mr. Harold L. Bird, Jr., 58, of  Philadelphia passed away Monday, February 15th, 2010. Mr. Bird was born in Phila., PA on December 24, 1951, the son of the late Harold  L. and Ida Holt Bird. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Bus Driver for Septa retiring in April of 2009. Harold L. February 15, 2010 age 58, Beloved husband of Linda M. (nee Serves) Bird.   Loving Father of Melinda Maloney (Patrick).  Dear brother of Ida Gwin (Howard).  Also survived by many Nieces & Nephews.  Family will receive Relatives, Friends and employees of Septa (Comly Depot) Friday 10-11 AM    at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6643-45 Torresdale Ave. Phila., PA 19135.   Religious Service at 11 AM.   In lieu of flowers Donations in his memory to American Cancer Society 1626 Locust St. Phila., PA 19103 appreciated.
