Harold Jr. Hunt

Harold Hunt, Jr. passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Season's Hospice in Phoenixville, PA. He was 87. Mr. Hunt was a resident of Phoenixville, PA. He worked as a transportation consultant.Harold was a US Army veteran of WW II, serving from March 1943 to April 1946, in the European Theatre of Operations.Born on December 20, 1924 in E. Stroudsburg, PA, he was a son of the late Harold Hunt, Sr. and Grace (Ladlee) Hunt. He was the beloved husband of the late Irene A.(nee Fil) Hunt. He was the devoted father of Joanne Hunt, Barbara (Bill) Bailey, John (Kim) Hunt, Harold (Karen) Hunt and Robert (Helen) Hunt. Also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ellen Gehring. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hunt. Relatives and friends are invited to Harold's Funeral Mass at St. Monica Church, 63 Main Ave., Berwyn PA 19312 on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 10 A.M.
