Harry Delee Folsom

Harry Delee Folsom passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at his residence in King of Prussia, PA. He was 84. Mr. Folsom worked as the superintendent of maintenance for the former Phoenix Steel Co. in Phoenixville, PA. He attended Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Mr. Folsom was a US Navy veteran of WW II, serving in the Pacific Theatre of Operations.Born in Chicago, ILL on December 22, 1924, he was a son of the late Harry W. and Margaret (Bart) Folsom. He was the husband of the late Laura V. (Bolehala) Folsom, who died in May of 2009. Surviving are his loving family including a son, Mark Folsom of East Falls, PA; a daughter, Lisa Savage and her husband, Myron of Eureka, CA; four grandchildren: Elijah, Ethan, Elianna & Ean; a sister, Betty L. Baker of Wayne, PA; and many nephews and nieces. Relatives & friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Msgr. John T. Conway, Pastor. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church. Interment Washington Memorial Chapel Cemetery (Route 23) Valley Forge National Park.
