Heide L. Lauck

January 30, 1958 — January 14, 2017

Dear Friends, It is with deepest regret that I inform you of the passing of my wife, Heide (Hudson) Lauck. Heide died suddenly on Saturday, January 14, 2017, at our home in Phoenixville, PA. While I have found this impossible to process, what I do know, is that I am the luckiest man on the planet to have shared in Heide’s life, and I will be forever grateful for the years and adventures we shared. Heide had a successful business career, which included working for B. Altman and Company, where she held positions as an Assistant Store Manager and buyer in New York City (she always did have an amazing sense of style!), management positions at Sintaks, Manager of Marketing at Canon Technology Solutions, and Vice President of Operations at Intelivert. Heide’s colleagues at work became her extended family, which I have witnessed with the outpouring of love and communications I have received. She loved her family at Intelivert, and Heide took great care of all of us. She will be missed beyond words. Heide was beautiful, inside and out. Beyond her quick wit, was the most generous, smart, artistic, intuitive and loving person I have ever known - but I suspect many of you also know that. ‘Family’ was central in Heide’s life, and she sadly leaves behind her husband, Eric A. Wroblewski; her son, Tyler Lauck; her sister, Annalie (Hudson) Minter and brother-in-law, George Minter; her mother, Elfriede (Muller) Hudson Fancher and step-father, Roderick Fancher; and a niece, Gillian Wenhold. Heide had a very special relationship with her father, Alton Hudson, deceased, and I find comfort in knowing that her Dad was there to meet her when Heide passed - they had a lot of catching up to do! At Heide’s request, there will be no funeral service. Instead, a “Celebration of Life” party will be held in her honor, the date of which will be determined. A private service was held at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory in Bridgeport, PA on Monday, January 16, 2017. In lieu of flowers, we request that you donate in Heide’s memory by going to the Make a Wish Foundation, local chapter at the following URL: https://secure2.wish.org/site/SPageServer?pagename=donate_now&chid=051-000.
